CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give a notice of 48 hours when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service price. No-shows and same day cancellations will result in 100% service price (fees are non-refundable). If you are more than 10 minutes late there’s a chance you will have to reschedule and pay a cancellation fee
